ORDER & DELIVERY PROCESS

ORDER DISPATCH TIMEFRAME

When your order is placed within business hours of a working day, it will be picked and packed within the same day or the following working day, depending on stock availability. Once packed, courier will be booked to collect your parcel at which point you will receive notification to track your parcel live. Thus your parcel may be same day or next day shipped out. Some items of your order may not be readily available in the warehouse, which means we may transfer it from other warehouses or offsite storage locations. This means your order may not be picked on the same day which most likely will be the next day. We will always contact you first when an item is unavailable; a substitute may be offered otherwise we will advise you of any refunds.

 

Business hours of a working day is 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after closing hours will fall into the following day's schedule. All orders placed from 5pm on a Friday night will fall into Monday's orders.

Example 1; Order is placed on Monday 9.13am. If all items available then order will be packed on Monday, courier may collect on Monday or Tuesday.

Example 2; Order is placed on Wednesday 5.23pm. If all items available then order will be packed on Thursday, courier may collect on Thursday or Friday.

Example 3; Order is placed on Friday 6.32am. If all items available then order will be packed on Friday, courier may collect on Friday or Monday.

Example 4; Order is placed anytime from Friday afternoon or the weekend, Friday 4.52pm, Saturday 12.03pm or Sunday 7.13am etc. If all items available then order will be packed on Monday, courier may collect on Monday or Tuesday.

However when available, orders received on weekends may be picked and packed ready for collection first thing Monday morning. We always try our best for our customers.

BULK ORDER

Some of our products have bulk price options for those who would like to stock our products on their shelves.

Should there be a product that does not have a bulk price option please feel free to contact us direct.

Some items that are bulky may incur additional shipping costs, when that happens we will contact you and let you know.

 

PICK UP/DROP OFF

If you would like to collect your order from our warehouse, you can choose 'free click & collect' at check out. 

Please ensure that if someone else is collecting on your behalf, they are aware what they are collecting, as all handovers require signing off.

Once signed, the person collecting agrees all items are correct and intact. This means that we do not offer any after sales claims or refunds/exchanges for change of mind.

DELIVERY

Once your order is on its way, your delivery can take between 2 - 14 business days to arrive depending on your delivery location. Tracking links and courier information will be provided so your first point of contact should be made directly with the courier company should you require further information. If you have not received your tracking information, please contact us to for this information. Please note, once the parcel is in the couriers hands, we have no control over their process and can only see what you also see when you track your parcel. We can help assist with sending you the tracking link again or even enquire on your behalf, but any updates will be provided on the tracking link.

Every effort shall be made to deliver the goods on time. The Company cannot be held responsible for the late deliveries caused by acts of god, war, strikes, lockouts, lockdowns, severe weather conditions, third party delivery service providers etc.  The Company reserves the right to deliver a reasonable substitute if required due to stock unavailability, however every attempt will be made when possible and necessary to notify you. The Company cannot be held responsible for over-ordering, changes or preference.

Delivery shall be made during normal business hours at the address specified by the purchaser and shall be completed on the goods being left at that address. Deliveries made outside normal business hours are by arrangement and are at the purchasers’ cost and liability.

We partner with many reputable and reliable delivery services including but not limited to Sendle, Australia Post, Doug Hayes, Couriers Please and more.

 

Should you receive your product with damages your first point of contact will be with the courier company. All shipping and delivery charges include the courier company’s delivery process assurance for goods and supplies. Please take up goods damage issues direct with them.

I AM MISSING ITEMS OR HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG PARCEL, INCORRECT ITEM, DAMAGED ITEM OR I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND

We are extremely sorry for any of these scenarios and advise you to refer to our 'Returns Policy' section for more information.

SALES TAXES

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country. All our noted prices will have GST tax added at check out.

SHIPPING FEES

Sometimes additional shipping fees may incur for example:

-the order has bulky items 

-the destination is in an 'extra cost' area deemed by the shipper

-whatever other reason the shipper requires extra fees

We will be in touch and let you know. The choice is yours to reduce your order, continue with your order, or cancel your order.
